The deal marks a fresh push into India's growing diagnostics market. The investment will help Tenet Diagnostics expand its presence and strengthen its laboratory network.The investment was made in Tenet Medcorp, the company operating under the Tenet Diagnostics brand. The transaction involves an undisclosed equity stake. Yapan operates as a specialized CDMO focused on process development, characterization and Phase I/II GMP manufacturing.
