LSL Pharma Group Concludes the Acquisition of Virage Sante

LSL PHARMA GROUP INC., a Canadian based pharmaceutical firm, is pleased to declare the acquisition of Virage Santé, a firm, that specializes in the production and distribution of natural health products (NHPs). LSL Pharma's contract development and manufacturing activities expand as a result of this acquisition, which also creates synergies with its subsidiary LSL Laboratory Inc.

The purchase price of USD 2.5 million was paid in cash for Virage's acquisition. The exchange incorporates a 8,000 sq ft manufacturing plant. LSL Pharma's revenues will rise by 15-20% annually as a result of the acquisition of Virage. Additionally, the company will expand its client base, which will benefit from the LSL Group's expanded service offerings.

In activity beginning around 1994, Virage enjoys in an extraordinary standing for quality and administrations. It produces a scope of NHPs in fluid, powder and capsule form, sold under its own brand or under confidential names. Blistering, encapsulation, sachet and jar filling, and other manufacturing processes Virage performs will contribute to the expansion of LSL's service portfolio.
