Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Enthral.ai to roll out an advanced AI-powered skilling platform, marking a major step in modernizing its training ecosystem.

This move strengthens Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited’s AI-powered skilling platform strategy as it transitions from its existing Success Factor LMS to a purpose-built LMS/LXP designed for regulated environments.

The new platform will support over 9,000 learners across regions, addressing critical needs in compliance, training, and documentation. With a strong focus on GMP, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory programs, the shift highlights how Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited’s AI-powered skilling platform approach is evolving to meet global standards while improving workforce readiness.

Enthral.ai’s system combines AI-driven features with a compliance-first architecture. It enables automated training workflows, role-based learning paths, and real-time tracking of compliance readiness.
