Meril, a global leader in advanced medical solutions, successfully concluded its flagship “TechVentory” program across Delhi, Mumbai, and Kochi. The event brought together over 100 senior procurement and supply chain executives from leading healthcare organizations to engage in insightful discussions on emerging technologies and innovations.

The discussions centered around critical areas such as HMIS, RFID technology, ERP integration, operational excellence, ESG practices, digital transformation, and the vital role of standardization in building a future-ready healthcare ecosystem.

Dr. Venkatesan N., Director & Chief Procurement Officer, SCM-Max Healthcare Group, gave an insightful keynote address to kick off the Delhi chapter of the event on the subject of "Healthcare Industry: Challenges, Opportunities & the Roadmap Ahead." To overcome business obstacles and enhance patient care, he emphasized the significance of having strong, technologically sophisticated supply chains. Following the session, a panel discussion was held with notable industry participants, such as Mr. Vikas Goyal, SCM Head, Fortis Memorial Research Institute and Ms. Rasmita Patro, SCM Head, Manipal Hospitals. The panelists discussed how new technologies are enhancing healthcare procurement efficiency, cost optimization, and inventory management.

Mr. Balaji S., General Manager-Procurement, Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, gave the opening keynote address for the Mumbai edition, focusing on the role of AI in revolutionizing healthcare logistics. Following the keynote speech, a insightful panel discussion with experts Mr. Subham Bardham, Mr. Sanjay Agarwal, and Ms. Neeta Pawar discussing how AI, RFID, and predictive tools are decreasing waste, optimizing inventory, and enhancing supply chain resilience in hospitals.
