Vivekananda Yoga University (VaYU), the first yoga university outside of India devoted to graduate education and research in yoga, and Apollo AyurVAID, a trailblazing chain of next-generation, precision Ayurvedic hospitals and a member of the Apollo Hospitals Group, have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
VaYU is licensed by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE), State of California, USA. The first and only Indian Knowledge Systems university to have candidacy accreditation from the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), VaYU, USA, offers online master's and doctoral degrees in yoga therapy and philosophy.
This collaboration will provide high-quality, approved continuing education in yoga, ayurveda, and integrative medicine that is available everywhere. Together, Apollo AyurVAID and VaYU will provide educational programs, training, upskilling, and evidence-based research in integrative health. They will also have the chance to provide top-notch clinical internships and promote Ayurvedic and yoga outreach to a worldwide audience.
