Fortis Launches Institute of Genomic Medicine to Transform Healthcare

Fortis Healthcare announced that would be inaugurating the Fortis Institute of Genomic Medicine, a high-tech setup aimed at rejuvenating patient care with the facility's goal to settle genomics mainstream into clinical healthcare. The integration of genomics into patient care and subsequent use of Fortis facilities will be possible with the national network of Agilus Diagnostics.

This pioneering initiative will also encompass a multidisciplinary team of molecular hematology experts, oncology professionals, pediatricians, neurologists, pediatricians, and pathologists. This team can then be augmented by genomic, bioinformatics, and artificial intelligence applications in oncology, cardiology, and neurology.
