Complementing this is AroCord, an AI-enabled electronic health record platform designed to streamline the patient journey across pre-visit, in-visit, and post-visit stages. The platform manages scheduling, onboarding, vitals capture, and secure storage of health records and contact details.

During consultations, and with patient consent, AroCord can capture doctor– patient conversations and convert them into structured clinical notes, reducing manual documentation. It also generates concise clinical summaries by analyzing past records and highlighting symptoms, history, allergies, chronic conditions, assessments, and next steps, enabling physicians to review critical information quickly before finalizing treatment decisions.

After the consultation, prescriptions can be generated digitally and shared via email and through the AroCord App, connecting clinic-to-home care and ensuring continuity. The AroCord App also serves as a secure patient health vault, allowing individuals and families to access, organize, and manage medical records, prescriptions, lab results, bills, and insurance information.

It integrates features such as medicine reminders, BMI tracking, and life-stage wellness tools, including baby care tracking for vaccinations and milestones, menstrual tracking, pregnancy tracking, and postnatal continuity support.
