Established with the purpose of refining Beeswax in 1969, Waxoils is positioned as India’s first manufacturer to offer pharmaceutical grade Beeswax, also known as white Beeswax IP, as a bulk drug under drug license. Growing with market changes and dynamics over three generations, the company has advanced significantly from a small single wax manufacturing line to a major and highly versatile state GMP and GLP certified manufacturing unit, comprising several manufacturing lines for waxes and Petrolatums. The 50 year-old manufacturing unit is undergoing 100 percent capacity expansion in addition to compliance to the latest FDA regulations . The firm has also grown from a single product to fifty products, encompassing a complete range of natural, petroleum, oleochemical, and synthetic waxes, which can also be customized based on specific client demands.

The firm’s comprehensive quality checks and quality assurance system is strengthened by its stringent raw material and packing material sourcing and dispensing processes. Sourcing from approved vendors, the company samples every batch of materials, curates detailed analysis, and approves based on Internal Specifications. Proper ‘under test’ and ‘approved’ segregation regions are created to prevent mix up of raw materials. A dedicated quality assurance department handles all inspections, while also carrying out periodic studies aligned with ICH guidelines.
