Cipla Limited has unveiled its first Breathefree Lung Wellness Centre in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi—marking the debut of India’s first integrated lung diagnostics and wellness facility.
The centre aims to transform the landscape of respiratory care by offering advanced, standardised lung diagnostic services that are both affordable and widely accessible to patients and healthcare providers.
India continues to face a growing burden of respiratory illnesses, with a large number of cases going undetected or incorrectly diagnosed due to limited access to sophisticated pulmonary testing and specialised diagnostic systems.

The new Breathefree Lung Wellness Centre has been created as an end-to-end hub for lung health, backed by Cipla’s decades-long leadership in respiratory medicine. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, internationally benchmarked diagnostic procedures, and a team of expertly trained technicians, the centre enables doctors to make early and accurate assessments of respiratory conditions.
The facility offers an extensive portfolio of more than 60 diagnostic tests across lung function, microbiology, immunology, blood analytics, and imaging.
This comprehensive approach supports thorough evaluation for individuals with suspected or known respiratory conditions—from common ailments such as asthma and COPD to complex disorders like interstitial lung diseases (ILD). Available tests include Spirometry, Oscillometry, FeNO, DLCO, Body Plethysmography, FnNO, CPET, X-ray and CT scans, sleep assessments, and more, all conducted by skilled professionals to ensure accuracy and reliability.
The centre also provides pulmonary rehabilitation, nutritional guidance, and smoking cessation counselling to support recovery and long-term health. It is now operational and accepting patients through clinician referrals.
