FUJIFILM Strengthens Ultrasound Range with Sonosite MT

The latest portable ultrasound device, Sonosite MT, by FUJIFILM Sonosite, is the addition to the point-of-care product range, PX, LX, and the ST.

The stand provides clinicians with flexibility as the clamshell-like MT can be utilized with or without the stand in all care environments. It is lightweight and small in size; hence, it can be transferred between the departments with ease and is available at all times in a busy hospital.

The system generates high quality and sharp images which aid correct diagnosis of any kind of patient. Its entirely touchscreen interface built into the FUJIFILM Sonosite product line does not require buttons on the monitor and control panel.

The design will allow the user to clean and disinfect the device faster, ensuring the high standard of infection-control is maintained by the teams. The MT is linked to the Synapse Synchronicity which is a workflow manager of FUJIFILM.

The integration enhances coordination, facilitates the day-to-day work process, and increases the efficiency of operations within the healthcare facilities.
