A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed during Element Biosciences' visit to Gene Solutions' facility, formally establishing the partnership.

With its extensive range of genetic tests that make use of NGS and artificial intelligence in the global marketplace, Gene Solutions has expanded its global presence to include over 4,500 hospitals and clinics throughout eight Asian nations.Using its AI platform and refined lab techniques, the company combines screening for dominant single-gene disorders and recessive diseases in a single process with non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT). Currently, Gene Solutions is researching the incorporation of pregnancy complications prediction into the NIPT test.

The Memorandum of Understanding establishes a framework for talks on marketing initiatives, customer-focused and technical assistance, research and development opportunities, and strategic partnerships. By combining their respective areas of expertise, this partnership aims to improve clinical research applications, genomics research, and market accessibility for both businesses' international ambitions.
