Naidu Launches Sanjeevani with AI-Driven Healthcare Vision as Andhra Pradesh moves to modernize public healthcare.
The Sanjeevani pilot project aims to create a connected health system across the state. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said the initiative will use AI-driven healthcare to improve patient care.
The project focuses on predictive healthcare, preventive healthcare, and curative services. It will connect hospitals and health centers through digital health records. The government plans to use technology to detect diseases early and improve treatment outcomes.
The pilot project was launched during a public meeting in Aspari, Kurnool district. Naidu said the government wants to build a healthier Andhra Pradesh through technology. He explained that every citizen's health profile will be recorded. Data from Primary Health Centres to the state level will be connected on a single system. This will help doctors access patient information quickly and provide better treatment.
The government said the project will create personal health records for every citizen. These records will support better disease monitoring and timely medical care. According to Naidu, nearly 80 lakh people in the state are suffering from serious illnesses. The government believes digital records will help identify health risks earlier.
The healthcare system will also provide expert consultations through telemedicine. Citizens will receive guidance on medicines, nutrition, and disease management without visiting hospitals for every consultation. Naidu also announced plans to launch the Health X app. The application will give people easier access to healthcare services.

The government plans to combine several healthcare services on one digital platform. These services will include screening tests, laboratory reports, and 104 mobile medical units. Emergency support for non-communicable diseases will also become part of the integrated system.
Naidu said Andhra Pradesh will gradually introduce AI-supported healthcare. The future system will include AI doctor support, predictive analytics, remote care, telemedicine, and digital nerve centers. He said these technologies will improve healthcare access, especially for people living in remote areas.
Apart from healthcare, Naidu also spoke about land administration reforms. He alleged that the previous government retained many lands under the 22-A list. According to him, the current government has started a fresh land resurvey. It also plans to use blockchain technology to protect land ownership records and improve transparency.
