Cloud software leader Veeva Vault CRM is getting a major boost today as Veeva Systems deepens its long-standing partnership with Swiss healthcare powerhouse Roche Pharmaceuticals.
The new agreement brings a full global deployment of Veeva’s next-generation CRM platform across Roche’s worldwide Pharma operations.
The companies have worked together for years, and Veeva CEO Peter Gassner says this step marks a pivotal moment. “Roche and Veeva have partnered for many years,” he said. “We are honored to extend our partnership to Vault CRM and bring the next generation of AI-enabled CRM to the global Roche Pharma field teams.”

For Roche, the decision fits directly into its broader digital transformation strategy. Wafaa Mamilli, the company’s chief digital and technology officer, emphasized the shift toward smarter, more connected commercial operations. “We’re excited to expand our partnership with Veeva by implementing Vault CRM across our global Pharma organization,” she said. “With data and AI at its core Vault CRM will help us create more personalized interactions, giving our teams the insights to better support healthcare professionals and the patients they serve.”
At the center of the expansion is the full Veeva Vault CRM Suite, built to serve as the backbone for commercial execution in life sciences. The platform is powered by Veeva AI, which blends agentic capabilities across the Vault ecosystem with industry-focused AI agents layered into every Veeva application.
Veeva plans to launch its new AI Agents for Vault CRM — the Free Text Agent, Voice Agent, Pre-call Agent, and Media Agent — in December 2025, setting the stage for more dynamic engagement between field teams and healthcare providers.
