TrioTree Technologies, a leading healthcare IT solutions provider, has reached a major technological breakthrough with the successful deployment of its AI and NLP-powered voice-to-structured-data system across partner clinics.

This cutting-edge platform is revolutionizing clinical documentation by seamlessly converting real-time doctor-patient conversations into structured medical data, with support for over 178 languages, including context-sensitive mixed-language interactions common in Indian and international healthcare settings.

Unlike basic transcription tools, TrioTree’s system offers intelligent clinical comprehension. By combining advanced speech recognition with medical-grade natural language processing, the solution extracts critical insights such as chief complaints, history of present illness, past and family history, physician instructions, prescriptions, and lab orders. The system not only automates documentation but ensures that structured data flows directly into the relevant fields of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), in real time, without disrupting the physician’s existing workflow.

In a major international milestone, TrioTree was recently recognized as one of the first authorized integrators for Dhamani, Oman’s National Health Insurance Platform, which is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

“Our goal has always been to reduce the cognitive and administrative load on doctors by embedding intelligence into clinical workflows. This launch marks a leap forward in that direction. They can now have a natural conversation with the patient while our system works silently in the background, structuring every detail and syncing it directly with the EMR. This is true AI-powered clinical understanding, multilingual, context-aware, and fully interoperable,” said Akanksha Rajeev, Co-Founder and Client Executive, TrioTree Technologies.

“Our integration with Dhamani, Oman’s National Health Insurance Platform, regulated by the FSA, is a proud moment for us. It shows how our technology can meet international standards and adapt to different healthcare systems. This collaboration highlights our focus on building practical, secure, and easy-to-integrate solutions that work not just in India but in countries with varying healthcare needs,” said Mr. Naresh Rana, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer, TrioTree Technologies.

Beyond outpatient documentation, the company has also launched AI-assisted Operation Theater (OT) documentation, a transformative feature that allows surgeons to dictate or type key surgical notes in natural, free-form language. The system then intelligently structures this input into compliant and standardized OT formats. It captures essential elements such as the pre-operative diagnosis, procedures performed, surgical findings, intraoperative details, and post-operative instructions. By leveraging advanced NLP and clinical context recognition, this feature not only accelerates documentation but also ensures accuracy and readiness for inclusion in patient records and hospital audits.

This innovation, powered by TrioTree’s proprietary NLP engine and deep clinical context modeling, has made surgical documentation both faster and audit-ready, improving quality and reducing turnaround time for busy surgical teams. In addition, the system leverages AI to analyze longitudinal patient health records, including previous visits, diagnostic reports, medications, and clinical notes, and provides accurate, relevant summaries within seconds. This delivers instant clinical decision support without overwhelming the doctor with redundant information.
