CN Tech Engineers (CN Water), a major Indian provider of high-purity water solutions for pharmaceutical and industrial use, has entered into a strategic alliance with Taiwan Pure Water Technology Co., Ltd. (Taipure), a leader in ultrapure water (UPW) systems for the semiconductor and electronics industries.
This partnership brings together CN Water’s strong on-site project execution capabilities and Taipure’s expertise in advanced engineering and global sourcing to deliver cutting-edge UPW and water-recycling technologies for India’s high-tech sectors.
The collaboration was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding signed on November 10, 2025, outlining their shared plan to jointly pursue and execute UPW projects in semiconductor manufacturing, green energy, EV battery production, and precision engineering across India.

“This partnership brings together local strength and global precision,” said Shoeb Kurawadwala, founder and managing director, CN Water. “As India scales up investments in semiconductor manufacturing and high-tech industries, the need for advanced water systems that meet international purity standards has become critical. With Taipure’s deep expertise and CN Water’s market understanding, we are ready to deliver end-to-end UPW solutions engineered for the most demanding industries.”
Under the MoU, CN Water will take charge of identifying opportunities, managing tender submissions, and overseeing on-site execution in India. Taipure, in turn, will contribute by handling design engineering, strategic sourcing, and commissioning support. The collaboration will work exclusively on a selected portfolio of projects, which includes UPW and water-reclaim systems for major semiconductor and electric-vehicle manufacturing plants.
