Neuberg and NM Medical have joined forces in Maharashtra to build a stronger diagnostics network.
The combined business targets around Rs 500 crore in revenue this year and focuses on preventive healthcare, advanced testing, and wider reach across the state.
The two diagnostics firms have united pathology, radiology and preventive wellness businesses under one network.
The combined platform aims to deliver integrated diagnostic services across the state and expand reach into every district headquarters.
By bringing advanced imaging, genomics, molecular testing, and preventive care together, the partnership aims to give clinicians deeper insights and patients a seamless experience.
The move strengthens Neuberg’s footprint in Maharashtra while leveraging NM Medical’s long-standing expertise in radiology and wellness.
Neuberg Diagnostics and NM Medical have consolidated their pathology, radiology, and preventive healthcare businesses in Maharashtra under one unified network. The platform brings together Neuberg NM Medical, Neuberg Ajay Shah, Neuberg Sehgal, Neuberg OncoPath and Neuberg Star.
The partnership blends NM Medical’s strengths in advanced radiology, cardiology and preventive wellness with Neuberg’s capabilities in genomics, metabolomics, proteomics, digital pathology and molecular diagnostics.

The combined network expects to generate around Rs 500 crore in revenue this year. It plans to operate:
Neuberg already runs more than 250 laboratories across over 250 cities in India and processes over 30 million tests every year. The Maharashtra consolidation will expand its presence further across the state.
Dr Nilesh Shah will chair the Maharashtra entity. Dr Ajay Shah will serve as Chief Mentor for Pathology, while Rahil Shah will lead as CEO for Maharashtra operations and drive expansion.
The network will offer patients routine tests, specialized diagnostics, advanced imaging, and preventive wellness services. It will also support earlier detection and better treatment decisions through integrated reports.
In addition, the group has launched Atlas, its longevity and wellness program, starting at NM Medical’s Marine Lines center in Mumbai. Plans also include expansion to other major cities.
The Neuberg-NM partnership creates a larger, more complete diagnostics platform in Maharashtra with a clear focus on preventive healthcare and a revenue target of around Rs 500 crore this year.
