Piramal Alternatives has invested Rs 215 crore in Kolors Healthcare as India’s wellness market sees rising demand for preventive and personalized healthcare.
The investment will support Kolors’ expansion, infrastructure upgrades, new services, and its “Kolors 2.0” transformation plan.
The investment was made through Piramal Alternatives’ India Credit Opportunities Fund II (PCF II). Kolors Healthcare is a major wellness chain in South India. It operates centers across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Maharashtra.
Kolors plans to use the fresh capital across several areas of its business. The company wants to strengthen its existing network and expand its services.
Kolors offers personalized wellness solutions covering weight management, skincare, hair care, and aesthetic wellness. Its programs bring together doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, cosmetologists, and other professionals.
Kalpesh Kikani, CEO of Piramal Alternatives, said Kolors has built a strong brand in the wellness and preventive healthcare segment. He highlighted its focus on customer outcomes, disciplined execution, technology, and service innovation. Piramal Alternatives also plans to work with Kolors’ management team as the company expands.
Vijaya Krishna, Managing Director of Kolors Healthcare India, said the investment will accelerate clinic expansion and infrastructure improvements. He added that the partnership will support wider service offerings and the Kolors 2.0 transformation program.

Venkata Shivaji Kuna, Executive Director at Kolors Healthcare, said the company aims to make wellness solutions more accessible and personalized. He said the partnership will help Kolors address lifestyle and preventive healthcare needs across India.
The investment comes as consumers show greater interest in preventive healthcare and personalized wellness services. Rising disposable incomes and stronger health awareness are also supporting demand for wellness and aesthetic services.
Kolors now plans to build on its South India presence and enter additional segments of the wellness and preventive healthcare market. The company’s expansion could strengthen its position as demand grows for long-term health management and lifestyle-focused care.
