Strides has made a decisive leadership move to speed up Strides Digital Transformation, appointing Yajuvendra Singh M R as Vice President of Digital Transformation.
The appointment, announced today, signals the company’s sharper focus on using technology to support scale, efficiency, and long-term growth across its operations.
Singh will take a leadership position to drive Digital Evolution across the enterprise at Strides through a focus on modernizing core systems and enhancing IT driven Manufacturing and Development capabilities.
In this new role, he will align the technology roadmap of Strides with the overall business goals of the organisation and ensure that the company's Digital Initiatives support the goal of increased productivity, regulatory compliance and operational agility across all functions.

The Digital Transformation agenda of Strides places manufacturing and development at the heart of its strategy. To successfully achieve these goals, Singh's role includes the development and implementation of IT frameworks that facilitate complex manufacturing environments, improve data driven decision-making and accelerate innovation across the entire value chain. Singh's leadership at Strides will be instrumental as Strides expands and competes within the rapidly evolving technology-driven Pharmaceutical environment.
Singh brings deep industry experience to the role. Most recently, he served as Head of IT for Development and Manufacturing Services at Syngene International Limited. Before that, he led IT Manufacturing at UPL and held the position of AGM at The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd., where he worked closely with engineering and production teams to modernize systems and processes.
Earlier in his career, Singh held consulting and technology leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Infosys, United Technologies, Tata Technologies, EDS Technologies, and Adroitic Information Systems. His background spans enterprise IT, engineering systems, and large-scale digital programs, making him well positioned to lead Strides’ next phase of digital growth.
