Glenmark has introduced its dual-action RYALTRIS nasal spray to the Brazilian market, expanding treatment options for allergic rhinitis patients.
The company brings a single-spray combination of an antihistamine and a corticosteroid that targets moderate to severe symptoms.
This move strengthens Glenmark’s respiratory portfolio in Latin America and gives doctors and patients a new option in a country where allergic rhinitis affects tens of millions of people.
The launch follows recent regulatory clearance and continues the firm’s push to place differentiated therapies in key global markets.

Allergic rhinitis ranks as a highly prevalent chronic condition in Brazil. It affects an estimated 20 to 30 percent of the population, equal to nearly 40 to 60 million people. This large patient group underscores the demand for effective and convenient therapies.
Glenmark positions RYALTRIS as a differentiated answer to that need and links the launch to its broader effort to expand access to innovative respiratory medicines across global markets.
RYALTRIS stands as Glenmark’s first globally commercialized branded innovative product. Regulators have already approved it in 57 markets, including the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, South Korea, Russia and China.
Marco Cerato, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Innovative Business at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, states that the Brazil launch reflects the company’s commitment to science-led innovation. He notes that Brazil offers a strategic opportunity because it ranks as the largest healthcare market in Latin America.
The introduction therefore advances Glenmark’s respiratory innovation journey and reinforces progress in placing differentiated therapies in important international markets.
Glenmark adds a new option for a large patient population and strengthens its presence in Latin America with the dual-action spray in Brazil. The product’s existing approvals in 57 markets show that the same formulation has already met regulatory standards in diverse regions.
